I want you to read this: Time is not our enemy.
The easiest way to have a BAD relationship with Time, is to treat it like something hostile.
** "I'm already 36. My friends all accomplished more. I'm such a loser."
"I'm 40 and still single. No one will love me."
"I didn't finish my to-do-list again. I'll be SO overwhelmed tomorrow."
** Many of my clients (Parents and Teachers) HATE Time. Perhaps we were conditioned, since young, that Time is something to STRUGGLE against:
"Time is wasted on the young"
"We have to fight while we're young"
The truth is, it's NEVER too late to fight for our dreams. Time (and love) is not only for the young. If we use time wisely and appreciatively, we'll find that we have more than enough.
"I worked hard and finished some of my list. I'm glad I have another 24 hours tomorrow."
"Look at everything I've achieved at 36. I'm glad I have another 36 to do more."
** Treat yourself kinder. Life is already difficult. Why punish and stress yourself so unnecessarily?
Once you've done all you can today (and done them well!) - smile, and appreciate the fact that there's more Time tomorrow, next week, next year.
Just like Money - I love Money, and Money loves me.
I also love Time. And Time...
Time loves me.
