4️⃣ Empower seniors with autonomy and decision-making
For example, when giving instructions to a senior team member, try this approach:
"Hi Josie, as a senior and appreciated member of our team, I'm confident you have the skills and experience to excel in this task. 🌟
To complete it, I suggest the following steps... Your input is invaluable, and I'd love to hear your suggestions or feedback. 📝
Please let me know if there's any support you need from me. I'm here to ensure you have all the resources to succeed!" 🤝
