Procrastination

Your Child knows exactly what homework 📚 she needs to do today. But, you see her whistling and daydreaming 😴 on the bed.

"I'll do it later," she assures you (and herself), almost absent-mindedly.

1 hour later, she's busy scribbling ✏, but to your surprise, she's keeping herself busy by doing an art project which isn't due until weeks later!

"What about all the homework which is due tomorrow?" you want to scream 😱.

"Okay, I'll do it later..." (𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗥𝗦: She doesn't)

Later at night, she's feeling overwhelmed, and panicked. She's crying. You shake your head: Why must it always be like this?

Or maybe...I'm speaking directly to you...?
